i have been using this product for years. for me, this is the only eye remover product that really removes eye makeup gently and completely. ive tried over the years here and there, but nothing removes as completely as Andrea. yes it does have oil on it, but that is what I like about it. i follow up with a tissue to wipe the rest of the oil away, then cleanse my whole face and eye area. Love this product with the Moisturizing ingredient. I don't care for the ones that don't have the moisturizing ingredient.
