I finally did it. I bought Wunderbrow. Let me tell you, it has been a journey with my eyebrows and eyebrow products so I figured...it’s time to see what all the hoopla is about.This may be a long review because I have a lot to say about this product and the things that I’ve learned while using, so please bear with me.First off, I purchased in the Brunette shade even though I have a multi-tonal blonde balayage because I do know from reviews that Wunderbrow runs lighter than you think, and I can say that I completely agree. Brunette is pretty much the perfect color for me as it is more taupe when dry.Secondly, if you purchase Wunderbrow, I HIGHLY suggest watching a number of YouTube tutorials because it IS a product that can be difficult to work with and requires patience and definitely has a learning curve. If you think this is going to be a “throw it on and it’s perfect” product, unfortunately you’ve got another thing comin’.This aside, I DO love the outcome that Wunderbrow provides. Is it perfect? No. Is it worth it? For me, it is.Okay, so Wunderbrow is an extremely wet and liquid-y product. It has taken me several applications to get down the best application method because when it’s very wet and liquid-like, it does not adhere to the skin which poses a problem for outlining the brow as the first step. Naturally, you want to use an angled brow brush to apply this and not the spoolie that it comes with (which is basically a disposable spoolie you’d see at Ulta or something), so if you don’t have an angled brush I recommend purchasing one beforehand or along with this product.The applicator in the tube is a brush (much like a lip gloss brush) which you do NOT want to use directly on your brows. Doing so will apply way too much product that you’ll end up struggling to work through your brow before it dries (because once it starts drying, it and your brows are stuck where they are) and you run the risk of looking like a cartoon character.The best way that I have found to use Wunderbrow is by using a surface, much like a paint palette, to work off of. Personally, I use the top of a cream blush compact because it’s a flat, untextured surface. I don’t recommend your hand because it’s messy and will stain.So to start I get some product onto my working surface by using the brush applicator and just getting a nice little dollop on. After brushing out my brows with a spoolie, I go in with an angled brush (I use the Anastasia dual ended brush for all of this) pick up product and dab off excess on the same surface, much like you would when painting.I start by applying directly to the brow hairs instead of trying to define my brow (that comes later) with small hairlike strokes and using a spoolie to brush out the hair again before going back in with more product from my surface. I do this about 3-4 times to build up the color and by this point the product on my working surface has started to dry down which is when you want to go in and start defining the shape of the brow and using your spoolie as needed. Letting it dry down a bit allows it to become thicker in consistency and is when Wunderbrow does indeed apply and stick to the skin.This is definitely a product where you need to go in with a concealer to clean everything up using a different brush to make your brows more defined and have cleaner edges.This product does wear like a champion and through a night of dancing or a day of hiking it will not budge, fade, or smear.Wunderbrow does not come off with water, but it does come off with makeup remover or cleanser, which I use every single night if I have been wearing any makeup. So, the whole “lasts a few days” thing is really lost for me. If you use any makeup remover whatsoever, this stuff will come right off and will not last days.My final thoughts on Wunderbrow is that it does not take less time to use whatsoever, it is not a product I use daily but for instances where I need to make sure my brows are locked in for the day/night, this is now my go-to for those purposes.When I use Wunderbrow I really love the results and how perfect it can make my brows look. Is it the most natural looking? Not at all, which is why I typically prefer it if I’m going out to a show or a club. I do find that it wears better and keeps the brow hairs in place better than Anastasia’s Dipbrow and brow gel.Wunderbrow is definitely a solid product and I definitely will be using it when I need to/have the time to. It’s not a perfect product and like I said, requires some patience and technique in perfecting application, but overall I find it to be one of the best brow products I have ever purchased for creating a bold, sharp brow look that lasts through sweat, humidity and withstands my bangs until I take it off.I will upload photos soon. Thanks for reading!I love the staying power of this product. My eyebrows have become so sparse over the years. I was using a powder to fill them in until the day they melted off due to the heat. Not a good situation. I was researching eyebrow liners and found WUNDER2 Wunderbrow. I was hooked after the first try. This product does not come off until you take it off. Through sweat, rain, etc this product will not let you down. I have been using for years and cannot recomend enough.Best brow product I will EVER use!! It doesn't budge at all. I have swam, and sweated when I wore this product it stays in place! This product deserves more attention. SO AMAZING!!! Micellar water takes it off perfectly.The product itself is decent— it is not 100% smudge or waterproof but it does stay on much longer and better than a lot of other eyebrow products. It’s a little hard to use at first bc beginners tend to use too much product in one brush stroke, you have to do it little by little with the angled brush they give you or use your own. If you put it on and leave it alone, it should stay out for the day but at the end of the day and into the next day, as your face gets oily, the oil on your face can cause the product to smudge if something touches your eyebrows. The product can stand a small amount of rain as long as you don’t touch your brows while they’re wet, but don’t shower or swim with it and expect it to stay on because it won’t.My biggest issue with this product is that occasionally the packaging comes weird and honestly kind of gross. I get this product delivered once a month and every couple of months, the product will come with this really sticky residue on the outside of the plastic packaging (seen in my picture). It’s as if glue melted on the outside of the plastic but with the way the plastic is wrapped, glue isn’t used to keep it together so I have no clue what the sticky stuff is or how it got there but this has happened multiple times over the years now and it’s becoming extremely annoying to deal with.GoodI wanted something I could use that won’t smudge my brows when I wear my safety glasses. I got this and tried it out and holy cow, it was so hard to apply! I finally found a way to have the brow shape I want and to still use wunderbrow. I would still use my regular brow pomade and then use the wunderbrow to basically seal it to make it waterproof. So far that works for me ??♀️.For all you redheads expecting the auburn to come out...well, auburn, it’s not, it’s brown...not even auburn/brown, so disappointed. There’s not a hint of auburn in this product.This stuff is brilliant! I love it. However, one tip - don't keep the wand out of the container too long as it will dry up quickly. I tend to use an angled brow brush and dip it into some of the product I've already dispensed onto a little mirror - it just means you can screw the cap in tight as soon as possible to prevent it from drying up faster than you can use it.I got the shade black/brown, I applied it with an angled eyebrow brush and it does EXACTLY what it claims to do while looking amazing. £20 well spent. Was very impressed!This stuff really does stay on.... Its a gel consistency and it does make my brows feel a little stiff but I just keep wiggling my face and it soon disappears, its not the easiest to apply, the brush it comes with just doesn't work for me so what I do is use an angled brush, coat a small amount of product onto the brush.... Using light strokes apply it through my brows. I do find I need to add two layers but if you do the first layer nice a thin it drys fairly quick and you can then add the next layer. Make sure you let the first layer dry properly...as if you don't it will pull the first layer off as you try to add the second... Practice with it and persist...now I've mastered it I love this product and its a permanent addition to my makeup bag that's why I have given it 5 stars and the fact it does stay on really really well. I have also found that the easiest way to remove it is with a little baby oil on a cotton pad. Oh and MAKE SURE if you do use a different brush to apply it, clean it well straight after use... I keep some cheap baby wipes to one side and clean my brush with them straight after I have finished doing my brows.Premettendo che si tratta del primo gel per sopracciglia che acquisto, devo dire che il prodotto è piuttosto valido ma non mi sento di dare più di tre stelle perchè ritengo il prezzo troppo elevato.I PRO:Il risultato è naturale, il colore non sembra artificiale o troppo marcato come quello dei tattoo.Dura tutta la giornata senza sbavature.Dona un effetto "riempitivo" (per me che ho le sopracciglia sottili) migliore rispetto a quello della matita.I CONTRO:Non è semplice da applicare come sembra dai vari tutorial, bisogna prenderci la mano ed usare necessariamente un pennellino angolato.Bisogna aspettare che il prodotto asciughi prima di dare la spazzolata di rifinitura (2/3 minuti).Costo elevato (se lo si usa tutti i giorni il tubetto dura un mese circa).Probabilmente lo riacquisterò però voglio provare anche altri prodotti similari e più economici.
